Jr. Fair Board Ultrasound Contest
Thursday, August 5th - 1:00pm, Show Arena
OSU Beef Cattle Specialist Marty Massard will measure all market steers
and market heifers from exhibitors who would like to participate. There
will be no charge. Costs will be covered by Wood County Beef
Producers.
Marty will evaluate each animal for marbling, ribeye area and overall
carcass dollar value. Exhibitors are encouraged to watch and ask
question.
Prizes will be award on Sunday at the beginning of the Showmanship Sweepstakes.
